A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
Discussion was held on the damage to head stones and bases
done at the Cemetery. A general discussion was held on how and
when damages could occur. The committee recommends the following
ideas from the discussion:
1) When operating equipment slow down and watch
what you are doing;
2) Cut down speed and hurry of getting projects
done;
3) Purchase a lawn mower designed for a cemetery;
4) Possibly look at head stone regulations for
the future;
5) Use of summer help and city crew from time
to time (no solution to this problem);
6) Vandalism (no solution).
