PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMITTEE
FEBRUARY 10, 1997
COUNCIL CHAMBERS
PRESENT: Miles Walton Norman Orr

Mr. Thompson at 616 6th Avenue asked for relief on his sewer bill
as his residential water line broke. He used 29. cubic feet of
water, and normally uses 4.to 5. cubic feet.
Motion by Miles Walton, seconded by Bill Staudinger, to adjust
the sewer charge to his normal average. Motion carried.
Discussion regarding the water rate increase. The public notice
was submitted for review and the public information sheet will be
included with the next water billing. (around February 25th)
The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
