PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMITTEE
JULY 14, 1997 5:15 P.M.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Phil Curry Norman Orr
Dave Michael Jeanette Koch
Gary Temple Wm. Staudinger
Jeanette presented a request from Jarel Cellmer, 216 3rd Avenue, to
have his summer sewer average adjusted due to a toilet leaking.
Phil checked for high consumption and discussed with the Cellmers
about the leaky toilet. The Cellmer's requested that a sewer
adjustment be made for the summer average.
The Committee needs to come up with a policy on an amount for
adjustments for in the future.
Motion by Gary Temple, seconded by William Staudinger, to
adjust the Cellmer's sewer average for the summer months. Motion
carried with Dave Michael voting "NO".
Dave Michael presented a request from Vicky Stricker for water
service on Valley Drive between the Redman and Armstrong
properties.
Discussion was held on current policies and water services. The
committee decided no water service would be approved without the
property being annexed into the City.
The meeting adjourned at 5:24 p.m.
