A quorum being present , the following actionwas taken by the committee
The Committee along with representatves from the Personnel.Committee and the
City Union reviewed and revised the proposed Laurel Police Policy Manual.
As soon as we can get the Manual oopied it will be presented to the Council for
approval (hopefully,by the second seeting.in March ).
The Committee discussed and approved Chief Crowe's request to obtain bids for the
replacement of the two cell monitor video recievers.
The Committee discussed and approved Chief Crowe's request to obtain bids for an
audio cell monitoring system.
