A quorum of 3 or more being present,the following action wds taken by the Committee
The Committee along with the Police Commission , reviewed a proposed Policy and
Procedure manual for the Laurel Reserve andAAuxiliary Police.
Members were given copies of the proposed manual to study and emend if
neceasary,and a proposal will be forthcoming..
Meeting adjourned at 5:00 P.M.
