Members present: Chairman Chuck Dickerson Alan Crowe , Lonnie Kellogg , Bill Brennan B. Other's present: Mike Atkinson , John Rosenberg, Joe Bradley Sheila Bloom, Gregory Johnson A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by the committee: Special Parkin Permit:. To be used for construction purposes only. Requires two 2) signatures - applicant and owner/proprietor. Flat fee for each vehicle requiring permit. Ordinance for Special Permit. Rimrock Dance Studio: Parking problems. Hours of operation. Circular handed out on 11/29 to student's parents. Parking for students who drive. Try to obtain license numbers of offenders. New Parking Tickets: More discussion and clarification needed. Chief Crowe to get with Larry Herman. Car #2: Mike Penny, a reserve, has an engine for this car which is about to blow the one it has. They would like permission to have this car for use by the reserve in official capacity only. Car #1: Would like to have permission to contact county graveyard to pick the car up after it is stripped. U-Turn Signs: According to Larry.Herman there must be one on every block on each side of the street to be enforced. It was recommended that Captain Atkinson write a letter to the Personnel Committee regarding his request for some leave of absence days. Meeting adjourned at 7 p.m. Next meeting will be January 3rd at 5:30 p.m. at the Safety Complex.
