POLICE COMMITTEE

Alan Crowe , Bill Brennan , Ed Gable

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
Street dance on July 3rd: Alan to get with Mike Penne regarding coverage.
Boat Float on July 14th: Alan said police department has not been con-
tacted yet. I called bon Britton. He will contact police department.
Gayle from West PTO will be contacted by Alan and invited to the
August 1st meeting.
Ed spoke about truck traffic on 7th Avenue. Alan has notified major
carriers.. Tickets are-now being issued.
Jim Morrison to graduate on June 14th. Has to go to Helera for 3--4
days to complete training.
Jack Broadhurst will be leaving for National Guard Camp for 2 weeks
on June 8th..
There will be no meeting in July. Next meeting will be at the Safety
Complex on August 1st at 5:30 pm.
