POLICE COMMITTEE

A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the Committee:
Discussed budget on Hi ban and Lo ban radios.
Discussed bids made by Fichtner Chevrolet and Johnson Ford:
Fichtner's bid was $12,009.02
Johnson's bid was $12,047.27
Motion b Chuck Dickerson to accept Fichtner's bid for $12,009.02
with trade, seconded by Mel Krug. Carried.
Recommend Alan Crowe to check on extended warranty and let
Budget Committee know price.
Committee recommends ordering vehicle with Budget/Finance
Committee approval.
Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
