COMMITTEE

Alan Crowe , Norman Orr ,
B. Other's present: Mel Krug
A quorum (3 or more) present the following action was taken by
the committee:
,,A,9-e7UNMARKED CAR: Will use same discretion as used on dog truck.
HIGH BAND RADIOS: Sheriff's already started working toward going
on high band. State is meeting on frequency schedule. Alan will
let whoever furnishes the radios take care of the frequency licensing.
Bids have been received from:
1) Mountain View (GE)
2) Motorola
3) - Rocky Mountain Industries (Midland)
4) Communication Services (Midland)
After reviewing the specifics on each, the committee feels we should
go with Mountain View (GE). State has awarded GE the law enforcement's
radio bid for next three years.
Meeting adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
