A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Discussion was held on the police car bids. Fitchner
Chevrolet bid $13,175 and Laurel Ford bid $12,775, which is
$400 dollars difference.
Discussion was held on the likes and dislikes of each car,
and warranties. Alan will check out the warranties of each and
inform the Committee which car he feels meets their needs.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:15 P.M.
