POLICE COMMITTEE

OTHER'S PRESENT:
A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Discussion on U-turns and street blocking by Terry's
Ouik Stop, Pizza Hut and Fitchner Chevrolet. The Police Chief
will do some checking with Judge Herman on the placing of signs.
The area will also be under more patrol on Friday and
S&turday. evenings.
Discussion on stop signs. The Committee would like the
Chief of Police to review requests and check with traffic
volume and accident data. This information should then be
turned over to the City Engineer and Street and Alley
Committee to study and recommend their findings to the City
Council for action.
Discussion on Dave Berry, Juvenile Officer, wanting to
be moved to the City Hall area. Berry needs a Billings phone
line, a private area and an area that could be used after
hours on occasion.
Motion by Alan Crowe, seconded by Ron Marshall, to move
Berry upstairs into the small office area. Motion carried
4--0.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
