A quorum (3 or more) present, the following action was taken by
the Committee:
Mike told the Committee of a State Audit Analysis on security
systems. Department needs a paper shredder to destroy telatype
print outs.
Discussion on the Dispatchers meeting. Linda Blohm from
Helena went over the procedures on TAC (Terminal Agency Coordinator)
operator. Focus was put on terminal operators, systems capabilities
and inquiry procedures. Joe Meccage was appointed the Assistant
TAC operator.
Policy and Procedures of the dispatchers were discussed
at this meeting.
Discussion on the Animal Control and Parking, as to its
effects and whether or not this should be a full time or part
time job, or that there should be one at all. The Committee
has mixed feelings at this time, and there will be more discussion
at a later date.
Mike stated that all the police cars are in need of repair,
and the Department needs a new car.
