November 16, 1992
5:00 P.M.
FAP COMPLEX
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Ron Marshall, Chairman
Lonnie Kellogg
Bill Brennan
Mike Atkinson
A quorum of three (3) or more members being present the
following business was conducted;
First Order of Business: Committee reviewed ordinances
from Billings and Columbus concerning sale of tobacco and related
products to minors under eighteen years of age. Motion made
by Lonnie Kellogg, seconded by Bill Brennan that the ordinance
from Billings be adopted. Motion carried. This will be referred
to Joe Bradley for drafting.
Second Order of Business: Motion made by Bill Brennan,
seconded by Lonnie Kellogg that we go out for bid on a new patrol
car. Motion carried.
Mike Atkinson reported that Bryan Fischer completed his
training at the Montana Law Enforcement Academy at Bozeman.
Meeting adjourned at 5:45 F.M.
