MEMBERS PRESENT:
Ron Marshall, chairman
Albert Ehrlick
Lonnie Kellogg
Mike Atkinson
FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS: Mike reported that he has received
complaints of convenience stores, grocery stores and bars selling
beer to underage people. He stated that he now has three
volunteers over 18 and under 21 that would be willing to
participate in trying to buy beer. Motion made by Albert Ehrlick
and seconded by Lonnie Kellogg to check into how Billings handles
their enforcement program and refer this to City Council for
approval.
SECOND ORDER OF BUSINESS: Mike reported that he has made
contact with Gary Waddell of Burlington Northern concerning
placement of NO TRESPASSING signs in the area of the transient
camp south of Taco John's. Mike will continue to follow up
on this item.
