A quorum of three .(3) or more members being present the
following business was conducted;
First item of business; Steve Suazo of Suazo Software
Technologies presented to the committee a format design for
use by the department. Attached is a proposal submitted by
Mr. Suazo. His proposal is for the sale of software only.
He stated that he would help the department purchase suitable
hardware to get the system up and running. He stated that no
other department is using this system and that Laurel would
be a test site. He stated that he would supply all the necessary
time needed so that all departmental personnel were trained.
Meeting adjourned at 6:30 P.M.
