FEBRUARY 8, 1996

Mike Atkinson mentioned that Mark Guy is purchasing a home
at 1624 Beartooth Drive which is 4 tenths of a mile outside
the city limits. Mark will drive himself to work. He was
wondering if he could take a patrol car home for lunch as other
officers do? Ron Marshall mentioned that when John Rosenberg
lived out of town, that this was not allowed. Motion by John
Minch, seconded by Bill Brennan to keep current policy as is.
Motion carried.
Mike Zuhoski and Mike Kirschenmann spoke to the committee
about the possibility of retiring John Rosenberg's badge number
104 as a goodwill gesture to the Rosenberg family. Discussion
followed. Motion by Bill Brennan, seconded by John Minch, that
Badge #104 be retired in memory of John Rosenberg. Motion
carried.
Mike submitted two bids for repair to the holding room.
A bid of $766.00 was received from Variety Construction and
a bid of $900.00 was received from LeBrun Construction. Bids
were reviewed and discussed. Motion by Ron Marshall, seconded
by Bill Brennan to accept the bid of Variety Construction.
Comment was made to the committee about people coming and
going from the Michelle Herron residence on Birch Avenue. Mike
explained to the committee that there is nothing that can be
done.
Mike was asked if the Animal Control Officer is still
working on parking throughout the city. He explained that she
was.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed
in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration
or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed
only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above Authorized
