FAP COMPLEX
5:00 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Ron Marshall, chairman

Gary Rylander
Gary Rylander of GP systems gave the committee a very
detailed presentation of a software package which would be used
in dispacthing police, fire and ambulance calls. The price
of this package (software) would be $15,000, with a $3000 annual
maintenance fee. Mr. Rylander indicated that departments in
Miles City, Big Timber, and Stillwater County are now using
this package.
Ron Marshall asked Mr. Rylander if he could, with input
from Mike and Dave, put together a proposal that would include
the approximate costs of the software and hardware needed to
service the agencies located in the FAP Complex. He indicated
that he would.
