POLICE COMMITTEE MEETING
FAP COMPLEX
APRIL, 24, 1996
4:30 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT:
Ron Marshall, chairman Dave Slaymaker
Mike Atkinson Gay Easton
Rick Musson Mike Zuhoski
Mike Atkinson reported that he had received no response
for estimates from Entre Computers of Billings. He reported
that he had received a new proposal from Swift Communications
(see attached) for hardware. As the letter indicates they would
enhance their bid for $10,300 by adding extra equipment for
no additional charge.
Mike indicated that our current system is "down" and with
upcoming vacations coming up training and installation of the
new system should be done directly so that no big delays are
experienced. Discussion of the proposal followed.
. After discussion, motion by Mike Atkinson, seconded by
John Minch, that we purchase the computer hardware from Swift
Systems for $10,300. Motion carried.
Respectfully submitted,
