Present: Ken Olsen Vice Chairman, Bill Staudinger, and Larry McCann
Discussion of MMI insurance that will cover events in the City. Do we have persons that
conduct the event buy Insurance through the City if MMI comes up with a policy this
fall? How do we include the regular leases under the policy?
This will need to be discussed with MMI when the policy is developed.
Discussion on Pool - rent pool out to people during the off times.
Rent at hourly rate.
Advertise the hours the pool is available for rent.
No alcohol.
Set Maximum occupant load.
Set LifeGuard requirement - they must use our personnel.
Set hours available Sat & Sun 10:00 to 12:00 evenings 8:00 to 10:00
Requires 1-week notice.
Baby pool same schedule.
Pools rented separate.
All pool rules apply even if rented.
20 people require 2 LifeGuards.
30 people require 3 LifeGuards.
40 people requires 4 Life Guards
Baby Pool 2 LifeGuards
The committee can set this up McCann to develop for the month of August
Methodist men want to use Firemen's park 14th August. Ken to let them know that the
water project will probably be working in the park on the 14`h.
