MEMBERS PRESENT: Steve Cosner, chairman Bud Johnson Ron Marshall Joe Bradley W absent Minutes of the August 9, 1995, meeting were read and approved. Correspondence. Received the minutes of the August 3, 1995, meeting of the Billings Local Governmental Review Commission. Received the minutes of the August 10, 1995, meeting and the agenda for the August 23, 1995 meeting of the Yellowstone County Local Governmental Review Commission. Commission discussed a questionnaire to be mailed out with the October water bills. Ron Marshall said he would check with the City Clerk as to what size questionnaire could be inserted. Commission developed a questionnaire (see attached) and will discuss what questions to include at it's next meeting. The number of questions to be included will depend on what the printer can place on the insert. Commission reviewed the similarities and differences between the Model Cities Charter and the one from the City of Billings.. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
