PUBLIC HEARING:
Public hearing for comments on the tentative draft pro-
posal for adopting a charter form of government was called to
order.
No one spoke in favor of the proposed charter form of
government.
No one spoke against the proposed charter form of
government.
Public hearing was declared closed.
An informal discussion was.held with Steve Barlow concerning
proposed changes.
Meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M.
