MINUTES-read and approved
COORESPONDENCE-Several donations and memorials were received.
REPORT-Traffic was up 164 over December, of 1984, circulation was
up :tip . a%.
FINANCIAL-The supply and e;?<pense portion of the budget is
overspent but the overall budget is in good shape.
FEDERATION MEETING-The next meeting will be February 15 at the
Parmly Billings Library.
P.A.L.S.(Partir.ipating area librarians in the Federation)-Peggy
Arnold attended the last meeting on January 9. The 1986-87 plan
of service was di5CU55ed.
OLD BUSINESS-none
NEW BUSINESS-none
LIBRARY PLANNING-Several meetings have been held concerning fund
raising and several architects have visited with the board
member;. A matian was made,seconded and passed at the January 21
City Council to support the library board in their effort to
obtain a new library building. The L.S.C.A. grant application
was received and has a deadline in April. Rotary has appointed
Bob Powers to help in the planning process.
