February 23, 1982
Members Present:

Stormont stated there was no report on the outhouse. Bob Redding is
waiting on our action on spec's be submitted.
Powers reported that no one else should run the snowplow because of
city insurance except Bill Wilson.
Tie down Aircraft are all paid except one.
City/County Planning Board arf, starting on the land use around the
Airport. Dr. Smith reports there are some defi.encies in the old
hangar area. Such as bare wires, unauthorized storage in the hangar
area, ect.
Stormont volunteered to inspect the old hangars and tell the secretary
of the violations so that lc tter7 can be gent to them to correct the
violations before their leases are renewed in July.
Powers moved and Brennen seconded iae buy gravel for the Parking Lot.
Bill Wilson will. grade the arid:; IJhO7a her caii start the grader.
Dr.-. Smith reported the north lute, ar .iti fOr south opening only.

Approval for ADAP 11 has been doitt-?. A miiit taxi-way and either
east-west or north-south runway:. VASI hk'GI as submitted by lW4.
Total cost $263 01.1 @ 90-10 prorated by the FAA and Airport Authority.
IIN recomended plans on spec's be ready by July 1st. This would cost
some of our 10% matching fund $9,950. They would request final
portion of their design when the, grant is recieved.
Special meeting; to be Wednesday, March 3rd at the Owl Cafe.
Stormont moved to let the Jaycees have beer in a cloyed area and
it was seconded by Bill Brennen as long as they have enough porta-
potties and security. Tentatively July 17th and 18th.
Rich showed a portable: hangar design and asked if he could put one
east of his big hangar and across from south end row of his row of
Iv.in?,ars. Dr. Smith suggested he Put it in the r(,,maining north row
of hangars if it meets our building spec's.
