April 27, 1987
DEPARTMENT
Meeting called to order at 7:10PM by Acting Chairman Dave Powers, present
were Mazy McKamy and Claude Cory.
Attending the meeting Mel Teinsvold, Jim Fels, M-i Engineering Firm, Terry
Fatzinger.and Dr. Donald Wexner.
Chairman asked for reading of the minutes of the previous, Motion by Claude
n unites approved as read. Dave Seconded the nx tion,motion passed.
Bills fram Yellowstone Valley Electric and one from Ace Electric were
read and Claude moved to pay the bills as read seconded by Mary, Notion
passed.
Jim Fels attending the meeting for HKK reviewed the new project to be
arru?leted at the Laurel Airport. lost of the construction will be the
lengthen the Fast A7est runway and removing some dart that obstructs pilots
view of runway 31 & 13 during takeoff to the West. Also the low spot on
21 will be raised up to level the runway.
Rich M Kamy has purchased a hanger fran Sob Redding. He will not make the
lease payment until he has a written lease. Also Rich Heirman Jone Pearce,
,.are in arears with their Lease payments.
It was brought to the authority that gas is being stolen and airplanes
are being vandalized at the airport.
No further business to acme before the board Claude mowed that we adjourn,
seconded by flaxy. fleeting adjourned at 8:25 PM.
