Frank F6 ke was given the floor and the p'esented his plans to erect a building
x 0' to be used a aircraft repair He would like to buildiin the old
' hanger area if possible. He present same drawing and a over lay that showed
how the hanger would fit into the area. hanger would be built in the south
west oorner of the old hanger area and wo Id be set back 25 feet. This would

have would have to arrange with the owner of the existing T hangers and other
k kargex owners to purchase and stand the st of removing them.

-', There is no suitable area in the new area for a hanger of this size and the site
prepration would be rather costly.
.`;.Only,one hanger owner has been notified to move his hanger because we cannot re-
:inew his lease this coming July. However there is no time limit on the other T
hangers as to when they have to be moved.
Most le attending the meeting are in favor of Mr. Felke erecting the building
and going into business with a repair station in Laurel. First before we can give
him a lease on the land we would have to have a approval from the FAA to use the
`_ old hanger for this type of new construction. We would have to come to a agreement
:on the amount of the lease and he would have to stand the cost of the site:preperation.
DAve Powers made a motion that we send a prosed application to the FAA lease ground at this site for construction of a new shop building. Kent• Harris seconded the motion
and motion passed.
