C Meeting was called by Dr..Smith at 7:05 PM. Attending the meeting were Dave
.; I Powers, Guy Stormont, Claude Cory. Kent Harris was absent;
rAlso, attending the meeting were Rich Heriem, Terry Fatzinger, Mary McKamy,
4; { Frank Felke, Glen Stotts and Rich Sanford,Jim Fels and Gene Wasiaof Hf'1.
` Minutes were correct upon motion by Dave Powers and seconded by Claude. Approved
j with correction.
f Prelimi nar j draft of lease to Mike Vissser to lease land frcan airport authority to
;erect hangers to operate a crop spraying business from the Laurel airport. Notion
by Claude and seconded by Dave to app°ove the lease draft for Mike Visser. Motion
jpassed.
;Discussion about the leasing land East of runway 31 to erect a manger 140'by 60'
to be used as a acrcraft repair shop. Gene Wasia and Jim Fels of HEM showed the
..airport authority were the best site or hanger location in this area and the
parking area and set back fran the county road. Hanger site was decided on and
;upon motion by DAve Powers and seconded by Claude Cory. Motion passed.
:The Jumpinq Club that operates out of the Laurel Airport has asked for permission
to hold a jumAneet April 26, 1986 though April 27, 1986. They would jumping all
day Saturday and Sunday and maybe Friday night.
Notion by Dave we allow jumper to use the Laurel Airport to hold their jumping
meet. Seconded by Stormont. Notion passed.

?.? Rich Sanford gave a short report on the Snow Plowing and that the snowplow was
in good working order. He also said we needed some new tie downs on tie parking
ramp.
