Smith called the meeting to order at 7:_ PM at the Laurel City

and Barbara Pierce, Richard Heirman, Terry Fatinzer,
Minutes were approved as written,
Aletter of resignation from Jeff Do was read motion

:Chairman Smith reported that the FAA had refused to allow or approve the build-
ing of a hanger or shop in the area East of Runway 31. Beacon lights are out
"y and it appears that the light sockets have burned out.
A discussion arose about Norma Bushman selling her one fourth interest in the
old green
hanger in the old hanger area to john and Barbara Pierce. After sane'
discussion about the lease and the hanger. Dave made a motion to approve the sale
of the hanger by Norma Bushman to John and Barbara Pierce. No second to the
motion, motion died. Motion by Kent Harris to approve the lease fran Richard
heirman to John Pierce and John Pierce will rebuild the hanger to original size
within the next six months. Second by Dave, motion passed.
The south end of runway 31 was damaged by Frank Felke when he moved his materiel
I. to the . LeDuc hanger. Motion by Stormont the Frank Felke repair runway 31.
= Seoond by Dave. Motion passes.

Sullivan of the ultra lite aircraft wants to submit a new landing proposal for
the ultra lites pattern on East west runway to _the FAA.
No further business meeting adjourned at 8:45 PM.
