i. Meet. was called to order by Chairman Smith at ?,2:15 PM. Only order of
?kI business was the discussion of the lease to Frank Felke;
r'z Frank Felke for permission to build a hanger 140 feet by sixth feet. This
;will take a lot 200 feet north by 140 feet east and west. After some dis-
°i ?cussion it was agreed to lease the 1 to Mr. Felke at ten cents for the
building and this includes the taxiway in front or the south of the lot and
:three cents per foot for auto parking lot. It appears `. ;value of t lot le will be less than oo thousand lars per the dollar
year.
