MINUrlMS OF THE LAUREL, AIRPORT AUTHORITY
August 26, 1986
Meeting was called to order by Dr. Smith at 7:03PM. Attending the
meeting were Dave Powers, and Guv Stormont. Absent was Claude Cory
and Mary 14cKamy.
Visitors attending were Dan Moore, Bill Milligan and Rick Sanford and
'Berry Fatzinger.
Letter frcgn HKK was read concerning the taxiway accross 3/21 to access
the old East West runway 9/97. It appears that this will be expensive
a project and at this time this project is shelve.
Williams Agency is checking out insurance protection acid if there will
be additional cost if we let the Ultra Lites operate off the airport.
No answer frcan Tilliams Agency as yet.
Bill Milligan stated he thought he would get a radio in his Ultra Lite
fuse the regular runways. He has his Ultra Lite licenses as a experimental
aircraft.
Rick Sanford stated the ramp and runways needed sweeping badly. Sane
discussion concerning purchasing a pull type sweeper. No discion.
No further business to mane before the authority, meeting adjourned at
7:35 PM.
