Meeting called to order by DAve ors, Vice Chairman at 7:00PM. In attendance
were Guy Stormont, Ply *7cKamy and Claude Cory. Absent was Dr. John Smith.
Visitor attending the meeting were, Me. Teinsvold, Ed Cook,,Terry Ftazinger,
Al Farmer and Jim Bonawitz. Rick Sanford Manager D--0 Aviation.
Minutes were read and approved as read.
First order of business was the reading of the bills, only bill presented.
Joe Bradley attorney bill was read and approved by a motion of Claude.Cory and
seconded by Peary mcKamy, motion passed.
Subject of leases that had.not been approved and presented to lessee or signed
by the their signatures. July 22, 1986 a motion was approved that we take our
leases and other attorney that will do our work in a timely miner. It was re-
ported by the secreatary that we have not presented leases for approval at this
time. The only annual leases are in the old hanger area only and are up for lease.
Rick reported that the snowplow had a broken axle and it has now been repaired.
It was mentioned that the windsock in the old hanger area needed repair.
mary Mcxariy brought the subject of the lease on her Hail Hanger. After discussion
Claude Cory made a motion that we renew Mary McKamy's lease for the land the hanger
set on at Twelve Cents per square foot for the next three years. Seconded by
Guy Stormont. Motion passed with Mary McKamy Abstaining from the vote.
Al Farmer and Jim Bonawitz were present and they are interested in purchasing
the hangers that are now owned by Mary McKamy. They are interested in the master
plan and long term leases on the hangers. Ed. Cook has made a proposal on the
hanger owned by Steve Rwdnes.
No further business to cane before the committee motion by Stormont and seconded
by Mary McKamy we adjourned. Meeting adjourned at 7:59 PM.
