,,Meeting was called to order by Chairmen Smith at 12:20 PM at the LaPasta
Trattoria`' ,Me t?a?t ntAttending were IJAve Powers, Kent Harris and Claude
Cbry: was absent. Mike Visser also attended the meeting/
?. Only order was the leasing of land tolerect a hanger and operate a crap
hr!_ !spraying business out of the Laurel rt. Mike Visser gave his proposal
':and stated what he wanted and the amo t of space he would needed. He also
;:wants to have a fuel station in the sne area.
;After a short discussion it was decided to let this space out for rent and
to allow buildings to be erected no the land. Proposed rent was at ten cents
1 ($.10) a square foot for the land used. Mike would like to be able to allowed
to start the building on the west lot'line of the lot and this would give him'
more usable space on the East side of the building.
;Notion by Dave we allow building to within two and one half feet (2?) feet
.!of the lot line. Kent seconded the motion and motion passed.
'Notion by Kent we charge ten cents ($.10) per square foot and three cents ($.03)
'I for auto parking space near the hanger,. There will be a concrete pad East of
,the hanger building and also a lean will be build against the hanger to house
offices and bathrooms. He will be required to maintain insurance in case of
spillage from chemicals. State requires a minumum and this is what we expect
,him to carry at a minumum. Lease is for 20 years. 10 years and option to re-
new for another 10 years. Notion seconded by Claude. Notion passed.
No further business to be conducted Kent moved we adjourned: Meeting adjourned
at 1:10 PM.
