MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE LAUREL AURTHORITY
July 18, 1985
Meeting was called to order by Chairman John Smith.
meeting were Guy Stormone, Dave Powers, Claude. Cory,
Members attending the
Kent Harris absent.
i Gene Wasia and James M. Fels from the engineering firm of HKM attended the
G? meeting to discuss the enginerring,contract with the Laurel Airport Authority.

1. The only order of business was the discussion of the contract with HKM. After
a lengthen discussion the contract was approved with one correction, that if
we were not approved for Federal Funding for airport construction after the
preliminary application was sent to' FAA that HKM would not charge a fee for
forwarded the preliminary application to the FAA. This was agreed to and the

Powers we adjourn, seconded by Stormont. Motion passed.
