SPECIAL MEETING HELD 11/30/84
Meeting was called to order at 12:05 at the Laurel Golf Club. Attending the
meeting were Herb Olsen, Dave Powers, Chairman John Smith and Claude Cory.
Guy Stormont was absent. Mel Tiensvold, local CPA attended the meeting.-
Discussion was held concerning the renting of space to erect hangers for in-
come or personal use as aircraft storage. Mel Tiensvold had projected figures
of the cost of operating the airport for 1985 and the income we would receiving
during 1985. His projections indicated that we would incurr expenses of $15,550
and income of $14,468 plus 3,000 from farm land, air fuel, FBO rent, other misc-
ellaneous income.
In addition to the general operating expenses north south should have a seal
coat this year and runways markings must be dine this year. Road needs to
be graveled this year and these expenses are not included in the above named
expenses.
No further business meeting adjourned at 1:30 PM.
