July 24, 1984
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Smith at 7:00 PM in the Laurel City-Court
Room at City Hall. All members were in attendance.
Visitor were Mary McRamy, Rick Sanford new airport fixed base operator, Terry
Fatxinger, Richard Hereim, Colleen Chapman, Bob Redding, Steve Ramires..
Chairman Smith called on Herb Olson for a report on the snow plow, no report at
this time.
Dave Powers gave a report on the fire protection and reported that protection is
covered and owners will be billed individually annually.
Stormont reported that the Ultra owners had not contacted for meeting as yet. He
stated that had fifteen day left to contact the authority for a meeting.

Bob Redding asked to transfer to'Bentley and Patsy Allen. Stormont made a motion
to transfer the current lease, second by Herb Olson. Montana passed. No desent.,
Bob then asked to have permission to buildi a new hanger 48' x 40' at the east end
of Stormont Avenue. After much discussion Olson made a motion to give Bob per-
mission to build hanger on the lot 60' x 84' and is site #222, decond by Stormont
Motion carried.,
Rick sanford reported on his operation. He would like to keep the ramp fee at $10.00
per month and he wants to know who is responsible for collection. He reported he
had employed a Mr. Phil Okrucky asa mechanic. He had worked for Coombs Air Service
until recently. He also reported that he had a chance to possible refuel the planes
for Air Today. This is a Air axl Service and could possible purchase as much as
8,000 gallons per month.
No further business to come before the authority Motion to adjourn was made and
second. Motions passed. Adjourned at 8:45PM
