The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Smith at
7:00 p?m other members present were Mary Kasner; Dave Powers;
and Roy Lahm. Bill Brennan was absent. Guests present were
Gene Wasia and Jim Fells.
The minutes from the April Meeting were read and approved.
Roger Hart has agreed to maw and bail the hay at the airport.
A motion to approve the following bills was made by Roy Zahm
and seconded by Dave Powers.

Joe Bradley-is still working on the land acquisition.
Jim Fells and Gene Wasia gave a lengthy update on Federal Requirements
upcoming and' on the Capital Improvement Plan.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
