The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Smith at 7:0O;iprq.
Other board members present were Roy Zahm, Bill Brennan, Dave Fowers9
and Y-ary Kasner. Jim Fels and Terry Fatzxnger were guests.
The minutes of the May and June meetings were read and approved
after a motion made by Dave Pot,.-rers and seconded by Bill Brennan.
A motion to approve the following bills was made by Bill Brennan
and seconded by Dave Pourers. It passed.

Dr. John Smith reported that he has had several cor.Dlaints
from city residents concerning noise and pattern situations at
the airport during the last few months. It was decided to ask a
representative from Flight Standards to be present at the September
meeting so we can discuss some solutions.
Sarah Dalton from the FAA has agreed to let us pay each of the
five people concerned with the Rooselot land acquisition $100.00 each.
Jim Fels gave an update on the remainder-of the avigational
easement and land acquisition progress.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
