The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Smith at
7:00 p.m. Dave Powers, Roy Zahm, and Bill Brennan were also present.
Nary Kasner was not in attendance. Guests present were Jim Fels
and Joe Bradley.
Joe Bradley reported that the State Right of VTay
received. Reiter stated that he wants $3,500 but the
