The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Smith at 7:00 P.M.
Others members present were Bill Brennan Dave Powers Roy Zahm, and
Mary Kasner. Terry Fatzinger was the oniy guest in attendance.

Bill Brennan moved the bills be paid and Roy Zahm seconded it.
11e agreed to send a letter to Joe Bradley giving hi1D a March 1,
19909 deadline to complete the lard acquisition for the Laurel Airport.
If after this time the job is not complete we will hire a new

Monte Blaine's Ag-Cat was damaged by the wind storm. The tie-
down rope on one of the tie-downs on the ramp broke and a wingtip
was damaged. Our insurance company might pay the damage which is
estimated to be between $3,000 and $5 000
We discussed putting up signs on the ramp saying we are not
responsible for tie-dotrns or accidents.
