The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were;Roy Zahm Bob Western Bill Brennan
Guests present were; Frank Felke Teri Roth Vicki Metzger
Minutes of the previous were not available to be read.
Bills presented were;
Yellowstone Valley Electric runway &beacon lights,June $64.96
Yellowstone Valley Electric May $69.22
Laurel Co-op gasoline,pickup & tractor $24.26
Laurel Auto spark plugs , tractor

Montana Aeronautic Board airport manuals $47.85
Laurel Hardware fertilizer for park $17.91
Moved by Brennantseconded by Zahm to approve bills,motion carried.
Discussed issuing self fueling autogas permits.Pending.
Discussed duties for Randi and Teri Roth,new Airport caretakers.
Nocturnal traffic at the airport has slowed down considerably since they moved in.
Filled out questionaire for Montana Aeronautical Board.
Parking ramp light is still out and needs repair.
Signed Will Metz lease and transferred Wirth lease to Metz.
City Treasurer is missing several leases.John will find them.
Runway is covered with gravel and straw since the big storm.we will rent a sweeper.
Gyro-.copters and hang gliders are not following traffic patterns.We will post copies
of Airport rules and traffic patterns at the Airport.
Felke requested permission to put a ditch around his hangar to prevent flooding.
Moved by Westerntseconded by Zahmto approve.Motion carried.
Felke requested a building permit to erect a hangar in the new area.He would alo
like a signed copy of his present lease.
We will send a letter (the second)to Ernie Clark concerning repair of his hangar.
