The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were ; Roy Zahm , Bob Western , Dick Clayton , Bill Brennan
Minutes of the Oct.22.meeting were read and approved.

Moved by Zahmpseconded by Clayton to approve billspmotion carried.
The F.A.A. Airport expansion plan was discussed.
The lighted wind sock structure needs repair.
New snow fence will be purchased to replace the existing fence which
is badly deteriorated.
We will continue to use the old snow plow on the truck for this season
and plan on replacing it next summer.
We discussed the fuel situation at length.The existing fuel tank will
have to be dug up and replaced in the near future.Bob Western suggested
an above ground tank with a ardit card operated pump. We will discuss
this with Rick Sanford to see if he is interested in investing in it or
if the Authority will handle it.We will also investigate the cost.
