January 22,1992
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by 8hairman John Smith.
Members present were ; Dick Clayton , Bob Western , Roy Zahm
Guests present were ; Bob Redding
Minutes of the December 10,1992 meeting were approved as read.
Bills presented were ;
City of Laurel fax to H.K.M. $ 4.00
City of Laurel fire protection $ 220.00
City of Laurel accounting fees $ 600.00
Commissioner of State Lands lease $ 100.00
Yellowstone County Elec. December power bill $ 61.87
Yellowstone County Elec. January power bill $ 84.67
Moved by Western , seconded by Zahm to pay bills.Motion passed.
Hangar construction at Airport was discussed.
Bob Redding wants to build two 32" X 45" hangars on east end.Stay tunedl
Replacement of the underground fuel tanks was discussed.They have to be
replaced by next year.
Roy Zahm reported that concrete encased , 1500 gal.. ,fuel tanks are available
from Elk River Concrete.These could sit above ground with no firewall.
Roy is also investigating credit card operated fuel pumps. There are evidently
a number of ambigous state and federal laws concerning dispensing Av gas.
Craig Canfield of H.K.M. should meet with Joe Bradley to discuss land ???
