June 26,1992
Special meeting called to order at 6:p.m. at the Airport by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were; Bob Western , Dick Clayton , Bill Brennan
Guests present were;Bob Redding ,Burl French and Jim Hoblitzell (Western Pump)
Mr. French and Hoblitsell discussed with the board installation of a Card lock
fuel pumping system.Av gas would be supplied by City Services Corp but would
come from Conoco refinery in Billings.
The cost of the pumps and card lock system is approximately $11,000.
Would accept Visa , Master Card Discovery , American Express , and proprietary
cards if we so desired.
Would require a dedicated # local ,private phone line.
Computor and phone line needs to be housed in a small heated building.Printer
prints out and records all transactions.Reciept is available to customer
upon request.
They recommended two 8,000 underground tanks in order to get the "tanker "price
on the fuel.Life expectantey of the tanks is thirty years.
We discussed the need for proprietary cards and were not too sure we even
wanted them.
Meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
