The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were ; Roy Zahm , Howard Clayton , Bill Brennan
Guests present were ; none
Minutes of the June 26 ,1992 meeting were approved as read
Bill presented were ;

Yell.Val.Elec.Co-op. July elec. 62.74
Jim's Small Engine Repair Lawn mower repair 70.90
Laurel Co-op Gas & oil $ 51.39
Laurel Co-op Pickup tune up & repair $113.13
Laurel Hardware Elect.supplies 8.96
Laurel Hardware Mower parts $ 3.99
Moved by Zahm ,Seconded by Clayton to approve bills.Motion carried.
Preliminary bids were recieved for an automated fuel system.
Western Petroleum $429000 + instalation
Northwest Fuel $47,844 + installation
These bids were about twice the cost that they had earlier indicated
and will be discussed further after we catch our breath.
We will purchase a new lawn mower.
The individual that mowed the airport for hay this summer would like a five year
agreement to cut the hay and he will seed and fertilize.This was agreeable
providing that he mows it all not just the best areas.
Howard 6layton was re-appointed to the board effective June 300992•
We need to purchase a building for the Airport both for storage and as appart
of the fuel system.
