The overtime report for PPE 9-25-97 was distributed.
The committee reviewed the resolution regarding a loan for a new
garbage truck.
Reviewed a proposal for financing a new recorder from the 911 Fund.
Discussion regarding financing of repairs for a fire truck.
Discussion regarding a computer upgrade and internet for the police
department.
The committee reviewed the September claims and recommended that
they be paid.
The committee recommended a third telephone line for City Hall.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows.
GENERAL FUND
Motor mount and spray bar for S-5
(oil distributor truck)
Annual bench test for all air packs and
repairs on 2 regulators
Gas for animal control and police department
Cabinet for city hall - Motor vehicle licensing
Lasercat subscription per cooperative
buying (grant funds)
