The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were ; Dick Clayton Bob Western , Roy Zahm

No minutes were kept of this meeting.
Much discussion was held concerning installation of fuel tanks.
Also brought up was a letter from the F.A.A. informing us that they should have
informed us a ZeAj--ago about re designating our runways. No explanation was given
as to why we weren't notified.sooner.We must change 3/21 to 4/22 and 13131 to 14/320
They would like it done immediately but we will do it as soon as weather and time
permits.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
