The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were ; Roy Zahm , Bob Western , Bill Brennan
Guests present were ; Bob Redding , Rick Sanford , Skydiver (?)
Minutes of the March 23 , 1993 meeting were approved as read.
Bills presented were ;
Laurel Hardware $R#LJepunn1 JU ire $ 402.49
Yell.Vall.Elec.Co-op light bill April 1993 $ 81.16
Moved by Zahm , seconded by Western to pay bills.Motion passed.
Chairman Smith reported that he had had a heated discussion with City Attorney
Bradley concerning finalization of Avigation easements.There may be hope yet.
Av gas taxes recieved were ; D-0 $ 29073.20 Top Hand Spraying $ 168.75
Discussed collection of tie down fees.
Some one has a Piper Pacer tied down in the old hangar area which is prohibited.
Sky divers discussed shelter in the park.Motion was made by Brennan to approve
shelter subject to permitting clear view of lighted windsock from D-0 hangar.
Seconded by Western.M.otion carried.
Discussed new fuel system with Rick Sanford (D-0).He is still uncertain.may
put in above ground tank mostly for oen use. ????
Gene Waaia and Tim Orthmeyer representing Morrison Maierle submitted thier
proposal for the Master Plan update.
Ron Bilstein and Craig Canfield representing H.K.M. submitted thier proposal
for the Master Plan update.
A later vote by telephone awarded the bid to H.K.M.
Meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M.
