LAUREL AIRPORT AUTHORITY
May 25 , 1993
Meeting was called to order at 7:10 P.M. by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were ; Roy Zahm , Bob Western , Dick Clayton , (Brennan on vacation)
Guests present were ; Will Metz
Minutes of the meeting of April 27 , 1993 were approved as read.
Bills presented were ;
Laurel Co-op fertilizer $ 27.00
Yell.Vall.Elec.Co-opo power bill May91993 $ 72.46
Pro Pump well repair (new pump} $ 802.95
Mont Aeronautics loan repayment principal $4676.00

Motion was made to approve and pay the bills ,seconded and passed.
Discussed maintainence work done at Airport.
Discussed land acquisition for future expansion at Airport.
Roy Zahm reported that he had convinced the Yellowstone County road maintainence
crew to pave the first 20 or 30 feet of the airport access road while they were
patching the county road.
Bob Western said that he thous it security lights should be installed in the
hangar area.The Authority decided we would purchase several motion sensor
lights if the various hangar owners would install them.
Will Metz (Top Hand Sprayers) asked if the taxiways and runways could be swept.
He also discussed his concerns about the-safety factor with Ultra Light aircraft
operating at the airport.We will check it out.
Discussed acquiring a sweeper for the Airport.
