Chairman Smith reported that he had talked to Joe Bradley again concerning avigation
easements still pending. We still need signatures from Fox and Schlessler.
The State of Montana has raised thier lease on the small corner of the airport
near the grass runway. This originally cost us $10.00 per year pwent up to $100.00
per year a few years ago and they have now decided that it's worth $1,000.00
per year.An appraisal would Bost $2000.00.We will try to get it included in the
Master Plan and let the F.A.A. axquire it for us.
We need to get the City sweeper to sweep the ramp. Will Metz complaint about
gravel on the runway was checked out and nothing was found.
Bob Redding wants to build a 501 by 751 hangar east of his present hangar with a
24' setback (we presently require 271).
Brennan moved that we approve Redding's plan providing H.K.M. can fit the setback
into the Master Plan.Seconded by Zahm , motionpassed.
Frank Felke also discussed building a hangar north of Redding's new one. These
hangars would have the doors on the east side.Pending.Culvert to match the existing
would be used instead of the trench and grating now required.
Airport Day went well although the weather was marginal.
We discussed the need for a sign at the Airport entrance.Felke and Redding said
they would provide the sign.Brennan will get pipe to mount it on.
Randy and Teri Roth (presently living 0 the airport in a mobile home)are moving
to Sheridan , Wyo. and may sell the mobile home.A new tenant must be approved.

new av gas tax.

Discussed sending letters to plane owners requesting a voluntary donation of $ 15
