The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were ; Bob Western , Roy Zahm , Dick Clayton , Bill Brennan
Guests present were ; Bob Redding , Frank Felke , John Farer (?)
Minutes of the June 22 regular meeting and the July 6 special meeting were read
and approved with the exception of the math .

The price for the state land lease in the north egst corner is still being debated.
The State claims that we only have an avigation easement west of the airport but
H.K.M,. had informed us that the F.A.A. had purchased the land itself. ????
City Attorney Bradley has finally completed his work for us in acquiring avigatio
easements for us but we haven't recieved his bill so cant close out project yet.
The primary windsock (the lighted one) has been rebuilt by Zahm,Brennan , and
Felke and works much better.
Fuel situation - still no commitment from Sanford.Felke and Redding are ammassing
information on various systems.Biscussed a key lock system.Stay tuned.
Lengthy discussion on method of determining price for hangar space leasing.
Finally Western moved that we charge $ .14 (14¢) per square foot of hangar plus
5 feet an all four sides.Update all existing leases to this standard as they are
renewed.Seconded by Clayton and passed.
Discussed raising old hangar area to 14¢ pre square foot for only ground covered.
Tabled.
Will write letter to Ernie Clark concerning repair of his hangar or we will demolish
meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
