The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman John Smith.
Members present were ;Bob Western , Dick Clayton , Bill Brennan

Visitors present were ;Bob Roodes , Frank Felke , Rich McKamy , Frank Wagner ,
Bob Redding , Linda & Mike Strong , Kent Potter ,Bill Teeters
Craig Canfield(H.K_.M.) , Steve Cosner(C.P.A.) , etal.
Steve Cosner presented the Auditors report.Few discrepiancies were noted.
Need to publish statement in the Laurel oulook inre audit report.
Need to file copy of audit with the State of Montana.
Craig Canfield presented H.K.M.'s proposed hangar area at extreme south east
corner of Airport.Would provide' space for 12 60'x 60' & 12 60'x 70' hangars.
Total cost for taxiways and site prep. would be approximately $91,875•
Relocating runway 224 was discussed-Still waiting for Airport Funding Act to
be passed.
M.D.U. gas line to Airport still pending.
Neither the Laurel Police Dep't. nor the Yellowstone County Sheriff's Dep't. will
provide security at the Airport during Aviation week ' or at any other time evidently.
Linda Strong has acquired a padlock with 60 keys for the Airport gate.As soon as
all qualifiing parties have been given a key John Adams will start locking the
gate every night-It will be the responsibility of Airport users to relock the
gate if they open the gate after hours.
Minutes of the March 24 , 1994 meeting were read.Moved by Brennan,2nd by Clayton
to approve minutes as read.Passed.
Frank Wagner requested that meetings be tape recorded.Recorder was turned on.
Frank Vagner asked what the Airport tennant's duties were.Some suggestions were
park and airport grass maintainence,lock gates at night , pick up trash along
entry road , make occassional patrols through the hangar areas at night with the
Airport pickup .More suggestions will ' no doubt , be forthcoming.
Bill Teeters reported that the Tradeport meeting would be Thursday March 28.
at the council chambers in Laurel.We will investigate the financial possibilities.

Motion to approve and pay the bills presented was made by Brennan Y seconded
by Western, and passed.
